Gabe Pagano began in this role on July 1, 2025. He works closely with staff, students, and families to build strong systems that support coaches, advisors, and programs across the district. This position helps ensure all students have access to consistent, high-quality opportunities beyond the classroom, no matter which school they attend. From sports to student leadership to clubs, extracurricular programs are a vital part of helping students grow, connect and thrive. Gabe brings more than a decade of experience in student activities and secondary school leadership. He served as Athletic Director at Summit High School from 2011 to 2018, Assistant Principal at Bend High School from 2018 to 2021, then Principal of Cascade Middle School until June 2025.
