Choice Options & ACR Application

Is your student already enrolled in the school year you are requesting? If not, please take a moment and follow our Online Enrollment process through ParentVUE. When your student's designated attendance area school has accepted their enrollment, you can complete the Choice Options lottery application.

Entry into the Choice Options lottery, Dual Immersion lottery, and Area Change Request ALL require a current enrollment into Bend-La Pine Schools for the school year requested.

Current Families with a ParentVUE account:

Login to your ParentVUE account on a laptop/desktop or on your mobile device.

  1. Click on Online Registration.
  2. Make sure you are looking at the school year you wish to apply for.
  3. Select the Choice Option Lottery application of your choice or "Area Change Request".

Current Families Without a ParentVUE Account:

If you are a current BLS family, you will need to use an activation key to create your ParentVUE account.

  1. Contact your school for an activation letter to access your account.
  2. Once you have your activation letter you will see an activation code. Login to your ParentVUE account.
  3. Click on Online Registration
  4. Make sure you are looking at the school year you wish to apply for
  5. Select the Choice Option Lottery application of your choice or "Area Change Request"
