ParentVUE

To activate your ParentVUE account, you need a unique activation key or letter provided by your child's school. Activation letters are mailed home or emailed by your child's school at enrollment. If you never received one or can't find it, call or visit your school's front office — they can look up your account and resend the key.

Yes. Once your account is created, all students at Bend-La Pine Schools whose records are tied to your contact information will appear automatically. If a student is missing, contact your school's office to confirm your email or address is correctly associated with that student's record.

On the web portal, click Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your username or email. On the app, tap Forgot Password from the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to your email address on file.

• Look in your spam or junk folder for an email from ParentVUE.
• Make sure you're entering the email address that was originally used to set up the account — the reset only goes to that exact address.
• If you're unsure which email you used, your school office can look up the address on file for your account.

If you are unsure if you have a ParentVUE account:

• Go to pv.bend.k12.or.us and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you use with the school — if an account exists, you'll receive a reset link.
• Check your email (including spam) for any past messages from ParentVUE or Edupoint, which would confirm your username.
• If you're still unsure, contact your school's front office. Staff can look up whether an account is linked to your name or email without needing your password.
• Email our student-request email list and request assistance.

No — ParentVUE is for parents and guardians. StudentVUE is a separate login for students themselves. Both connect to the same Synergy system but have different permission levels. Students receive their own login from the school.

If you currently have a child attending Bend-La Pine Schools, or if you have a child who attended a Bend-La Pine school in the past, you may already have a ParentVUE account. 

• If you are not sure if you have an existing ParentVUE account activated, ask your student's school.
• If not, email our student-request email account and request a ParentVUE activation letter.

When you receive a ParentVUE Activation Letter, you will need to make sure you enter all words exactly as they are shown on the letter.

• Enter your name EXACTLY as it is spelled on the ParentVUE Activation Letter, including spaces or hyphens.
• Double-check that you are entering the Activation Code EXACTLY as it is on the ParentVUE Activation Letter. Please pay close attention to spaces, hyphens and capitalization.

ParentVUE is designed to give parents and guardians access to their student’s educational information within the specific school district where their student is enrolled. Each school district maintains its own separate student information system, and for privacy and security reasons, these systems are not connected.

When you set up your ParentVUE account, you are asked to select your child’s school district so the app can connect to the correct database. Because of this, a ParentVUE login created for one district (such as Bend-La Pine Schools) will not work for another district (like Eugene or Portland).

We strongly encourage all parents/step-parents/non-legal guardians to have their own ParentVUE accounts. This also applies to parents that may not have legal custodial rights (per court documentation).

Step-parents and non-Custodial parents or non-legal guardians are able to view student school information, but will be unable to request any sort of change to the student's record. For example, they will be unable to change emergency contacts, update transportation, request an Area Change Request or apply for a Choice Option school. They will also be unable to view any student specific demographic information such as address, phone number, student number and emergency contacts, or the contact information of any other parents/guardians associated with the student.

If you wish to enroll your student with Bend-La Pine Schools, you must first apply for an Inter-District Transfer with your home school district.

We strongly encourage each parent to have their own separate ParentVUE account. 

There are a couple of reasons this can happen:

• You may have multiple parent records inside of our database by accident. We will just need to merge those parent records together.
• In some cases involving custodial arrangements, the school may not have received the most current court documentation needed to accurately determine parental rights.

To find out why you can't see all of your students, you can contact your student's school or email us. 

There is an updated ParentVUE app! 

If you're still using the old ParentVUE app, it will only continue to work through June 30, 2026. We recommend switching to the new app now and getting familiar with the new layout before the new school year starts.
