Forecasting season: in mid-February!

Choosing next year's classes

Each winter, students in grades 5–11 select courses for the following school year — a process called forecasting. Students use resources like their curriculum guide, input from current teachers, counselor conversations, and family discussions to make thoughtful choices.

Because forecasting directly shapes the school schedule and staffing, schedule changes are limited once the year begins. We encourage families to take this process seriously and reach out to a counselor with any questions before selections are finalized.
