FREE for all kids and teens, ages 1 through 18
When the school year ends, free summer meals for all kids and teens begins! No sign-up, paperwork or cost. Just show up!

* La Pine location: Meals must be picked up by student, sibling, parent or guardian. On Thursdays, students will receive breakfast and lunch for four days (Thursday- Sunday).
Anyone 18 years old and younger may participate. There is no registration or fee. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children but cannot eat their children's meals. They may purchase a breakfast for $4 and lunch for $6 (exact amount or check, please).
If you plan to bring a large group of children, please call us the day before at 541-355-7240 so we may prepare accordingly. Thank you!

We want to ensure that your child receives the fuel necessary to be successful in the classroom.
Our meals provide your child with the best nourishment, variety, and service available. Because diet has a long-range effect on health, happiness, education and success for your child, our healthy meals are an opportunity to enhance their future and ability to learn.
All menus are analyzed so that each week we are assured that our menus meet the dietary guidelines.
Your child comes first at Nutrition Services, so please give us the opportunity to assist in their physical and intellectual fitness. Please call me or any of the kitchens if you have any questions or ideas to improve what we do for your child.

Free Meals
All schools in the District qualify for the federal Community Eligibility Provision program. All students are eligible to receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day. No application is required.
Paying for Additional Meals
Use BLPay to:
Add money to your child’s Nutrition Services Meal Account, check the balance, see a 30-day history, receive an email when your account balance falls below a specified amount.
Funds can pay for extra meals, milk, juice, and a la carte items.
Apply for Financial Assistance
If your family needs assistance with exam fees, athletic participation fees, travel sports scholarships and other resources, please fill out the form linked below and return it to your school office or Family Access Network (FAN) advocate. All information is confidential.
